The Opportunity
Unlimited.ai is seeking an Implementation Specialist to help new clients transition onto the platform. You'll work directly with family offices, RIAs, and other sophisticated investment organizations to understand how their portfolios are structured, onboard and validate their data, and own the implementation process from kickoff through go-live.
As an Implementation Specialist, You Will
Own client implementations from kickoff through go-live.
Map client entities, investments, ownership structures, and reporting processes.
Gather, organize, and validate portfolio data from client systems and documents.
Configure portfolio data and connect investment portals and brokerage accounts.
Reconcile transactions, valuations, commitments, and ownership to source data.
Coordinate with Product and Engineering on platform issues and edge cases.
Track implementation status and improve our onboarding playbooks as we scale.
Qualifications
1–3 years in implementation, client service, or investment operations.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable with financial data, investment structures, and spreadsheets.
Able to communicate confidently with family office and investment professionals.
Curious and analytical — comfortable investigating discrepancies.
Voracious appetite to learn and grow; comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast.
Family office, private markets, or portfolio reporting experience preferred.
