You use Claude, Codex, and related tooling as a daily force multiplier for research, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational automation. You move quickly while maintaining excellent judgment, security, and craftsmanship.
What you'll do
Build and ship polished, production-grade product capabilities across the full stack.
Develop workflows that ingest, structure, retrieve, and explain complex private-market data and documents.
Partner closely with product, design, and leadership to turn ambiguous customer problems into simple, high-leverage software.
Use AI-assisted development deliberately to shorten feedback loops: prototype, implement, test, review, and improve faster.
Build automations, agent workflows, and developer tooling that make the entire team more effective.
Improve reliability, performance, observability, data quality, and security in a financial-software environment.

An exceptional builder who ships a high volume of thoughtful, production-quality work. You are biased toward action, fast learning, and tight iteration loops.
Deeply AI-native in practice: Claude, Codex, agents, and automation are central to how you research, plan, write code, test, debug, and operate.
You actively follow meaningful advances in applied AI and can turn new model capabilities, agent patterns, tool use, retrieval, and automation techniques into useful product advantages.
Strong systems thinking. You can design and sequence complex infrastructure work so the platform remains flexible, reliable, and ready for the capabilities we expect to build next.
Entrepreneurial independence. You take an objective, identify the important problems, make sound decisions, and create momentum without waiting for detailed direction.
Product imagination. You generate ideas, recognize opportunities, propose novel functionality, and connect technical possibilities to customer value.
Excellent judgment about where AI accelerates work and where rigor is essential. You validate outputs, protect sensitive data, and build durable systems.
Clear communication and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
Especially compelling
Experience building LLM-powered products, retrieval systems, document intelligence, data pipelines, and agentic workflows.
Experience improving a team's development system through internal tools, evals, automation, or AI-assisted QA.

What success looks like
Within your first 30 days, you will have shipped meaningful customer-facing improvements, materially improved at least one internal or external engineering workflow, and become a trusted owner of a critical product area.
